If you feel that your order does not fulfil to your specific needs, there 1 time correction will be made at no additional cost providing your requirements are still within your job quotation.
To insure we get the very best from your images we recommend your images to be supplied in a RAW format.
Service terms such as “standard”, “advanced” and “basic” are subject to by interpretation by London Pro Retouch.
You must insure that you have full ownership of the images you send us. London Pro Retouch does not accept any responsibility for the infringement of any third party copyright.
We cannot guarantee the availability of any of our services until confirmation of job.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order you have placed with London Pro Retouch, you must contact customer support through the client area messaging system. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as work on it has not started. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please quote your order number. Please note that if the work on your order has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
